spinalto

This Payment Policy sets out the rules governing deposits, withdrawals, fees, verification and related matters for all account holders at spinalto, operated by Stegi Limitada Sociedad De Responsabilidad Limitada (Costa Rica) and accessible at spin-alto-casinos.nl. By using the cashier at spin-alto-casinos.nl you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms described below. This Policy forms part of our full Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

1. General Principles

spinalto is committed to processing all financial transactions promptly, transparently and securely. We operate a real-money cashier that accepts multiple payment methods and currencies, and we publish our limits openly so that players are never surprised by figures they have not seen before. The limits stated in this Policy — including withdrawal maximums — are the actual, operative limits and not promotional figures.

All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Where a player funds their account using a cryptocurrency, the prevailing BTC/EUR (or equivalent) exchange rate displayed in the footer of spin-alto-casinos.nl at the time of the transaction will be applied. spinalto reserves the right to update exchange rates in real time; no rate is guaranteed beyond the moment of transaction completion.

Players may only hold one registered account at spin-alto-casinos.nl. Any attempt to open duplicate accounts to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses or otherwise exploit the cashier may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of funds pending review.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported in the spinalto cashier. Availability may vary depending on your location and device. We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at any time; the cashier will always display the options currently available to your account.

Method Type Deposits Withdrawals
Visa Card Yes Subject to issuer
Mastercard Card Yes Subject to issuer
Apple Pay Digital Wallet Yes Subject to availability
Google Pay Digital Wallet Yes Subject to availability
Revolut Digital Banking Yes Subject to availability
Bitcoin (BTC) Cryptocurrency Yes Yes
Tether (USDT) Cryptocurrency Yes Yes
Ethereum (ETH) Cryptocurrency Yes Yes

Where a payment method supports both deposits and withdrawals, spinalto will ordinarily return funds to the same method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any surplus may be paid out via an alternative approved method at our discretion.

spinalto does not accept payments from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from an account or instrument held in the name of the registered account holder. Deposits suspected to originate from a third party will be held pending investigation and may be returned.

3. Deposits

3.1 Minimum Deposit Amounts

The minimum deposit thresholds that apply at spin-alto-casinos.nl are as follows:

Context Minimum Deposit
Standard deposit (no bonus or bonuses 1–4) €20
Fifth Welcome Deposit bonus €40
High Roller Welcome Bonus activation €500

There is no published maximum deposit limit at the account level; however, individual payment method providers may impose their own caps and spinalto cannot be held responsible for restrictions applied by third-party processors or issuing banks.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made by card, digital wallet or digital banking are generally credited to your spinalto account balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your payment provider. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited once the required number of network confirmations has been received; confirmation times depend on network congestion and are outside spinalto's control.

If a deposit has not appeared in your account within a reasonable period, please contact our support team via 24/7 live chat or email before attempting a further deposit, and have your payment reference or transaction hash available.

3.3 Deposit Fees

spinalto does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank, card issuer or cryptocurrency network may levy their own charges; spinalto has no visibility of or control over such charges and cannot refund them.

3.4 Failed and Declined Deposits

If your deposit is declined, spinalto has not received or retained the funds. Declined transactions may be subject to a temporary hold at your bank's discretion; please contact your financial institution directly to resolve any hold. spinalto's support team can confirm whether any funds have been received at our end.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits

The following withdrawal limits apply to all accounts at spin-alto-casinos.nl. These are the operative limits as published in this Payment Policy.

Limit Type Amount
Minimum single withdrawal €40
Maximum per day €10,000
Maximum per week €20,000
Maximum per month €50,000

Withdrawal requests that exceed a single-period limit will not automatically be cancelled; the excess portion will carry over and be processed in the following period, subject to the limit applicable to that period. spinalto will communicate clearly with you if a request is queued in this way.

Any applicable bonus terms, including maximum cashout rules, may further restrict the amount withdrawable from a bonus-derived balance. Please refer to Section 7 of this Policy and to the Bonus Terms for full details.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Once your Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is complete and your withdrawal request has passed our internal review, spinalto will approve or decline the request within two banking days. "Banking days" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the jurisdiction in which our processing partners operate.

Following approval, the time taken for funds to reach your account depends on your chosen payment method:

The two-banking-day internal review timeline begins only once KYC verification is fully cleared. Players who have not yet completed verification should do so promptly to avoid delays; see Section 6 for KYC requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests — How to Submit

Withdrawal requests are submitted through the cashier section of your account at spin-alto-casinos.nl. You must be logged in and your account must be in good standing. Requests submitted outside of business hours will enter the queue and be reviewed on the next applicable banking day.

spinalto reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant, where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method, or where there are reasonable grounds to conduct further due-diligence review.

4.4 Withdrawal Cancellation

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request from within the cashier before it has entered the processing stage. Once a withdrawal has moved to the processing stage, it cannot be cancelled. Funds returned to your balance following a cancellation are immediately available for play. Please note that repeatedly cancelling withdrawal requests and returning funds to play may be flagged as a responsible-gaming concern; see Section 9 of this Policy.

4.5 Withdrawal Fees

spinalto does not charge fees on withdrawals. Cryptocurrency network (gas) fees may be deducted from the withdrawn amount by the blockchain network itself; these are outside spinalto's control. Card issuers and banking providers may also apply their own charges on receipt of funds.

5. Currencies and Exchange Rates

The primary account currency at spin-alto-casinos.nl is Euro (EUR). Where a player transacts in cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT) or Ethereum (ETH) — the equivalent EUR value is calculated using the live BTC/EUR (or applicable crypto/EUR) rate displayed in the footer of spin-alto-casinos.nl at the moment the transaction is initiated. This rate is updated in real time.

spinalto cannot guarantee any particular exchange rate. The rate applied to a deposit will not necessarily be the same as the rate applied to a subsequent withdrawal, and spinalto accepts no liability for exchange-rate movements between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

Where your card or banking provider applies a foreign-exchange conversion (for example, if your card account is denominated in a currency other than EUR), any resulting fees or conversion costs are solely your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by spinalto.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

6.1 Why We Verify

spinalto is obligated to verify the identity of account holders in order to prevent money laundering, fraud, underage gambling and other financial crime. KYC checks are a standard and non-negotiable part of operating a legitimate cashier. Completing verification promptly is the most effective way to ensure your withdrawals are processed within our published timeframe.

6.2 When Verification Is Required

spinalto may request identity documents at any of the following stages:

6.3 Documents We May Request

Depending on the circumstances, we may ask for one or more of the following:

Documents must be clear, legible and unaltered. We accept scanned copies or clear photographs. Submission is made through the secure document upload facility in your account profile or, where instructed, directly to our support team.

6.4 Processing Times for KYC

spinalto aims to review submitted KYC documents as promptly as possible. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email to assist with any queries about your verification status. The two-banking-day withdrawal processing period referred to in Section 4.2 begins only once KYC clearance has been confirmed.

6.5 Consequences of Non-Compliance

If a player fails to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or if submitted documents cannot be verified as authentic, spinalto reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing, restrict account functionality or, where required by law or policy, close the account and return the verified deposited balance (excluding any bonus funds) via the original deposit method.

7. Bonus Funds and Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to separate terms as set out in the Bonus Terms and Conditions. The following rules are particularly relevant to the cashier:

The Weekend Live Bonus carries a maximum withdrawal of €6,000 from that bonus, and the Slot Midweek Bonus carries a maximum withdrawal of €2,500. Cashback and rakeback credits carry no wagering requirement and are credited directly to your real-money balance; they are therefore withdrawable subject only to the standard limits and KYC requirements described in this Policy.

8. Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Prevention

spinalto operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. In furtherance of those obligations:

9. Responsible Gambling and Financial Limits

spinalto takes responsible gambling seriously and provides tools to help players manage their expenditure. The following financial controls are available through your account settings at spin-alto-casinos.nl:

If you are concerned about your gambling, please contact our 24/7 support team via live chat or email, or reach out to a free, independent helpline in your country. We also note that repeatedly cancelling pending withdrawal requests and redepositing those funds is a known indicator of problem gambling; our team may make contact if this pattern is observed on your account.

10. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant when there has been no login activity for a continuous period as defined in our full Terms and Conditions. spinalto will attempt to notify the account holder by email before any dormancy fees or administrative charges are applied. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to contact support if they experience difficulty accessing their account, particularly if a balance remains on the account.

11. Errors and Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction on your account is incorrect — including an incorrectly credited or debited amount, a missing deposit or a withdrawal that has not arrived — please contact our support team as soon as possible via 24/7 live chat or by email. Please have the following information ready:

spinalto will investigate all disputed transactions promptly. Where an error is found to have been made by spinalto, it will be corrected as quickly as possible. spinalto reserves the right to correct errors that result in an inflated account balance, including by debiting the excess from the account, regardless of whether funds have been partially withdrawn.

In the event of a technical fault that results in transactions being voided, spinalto's records shall be the primary reference. All game and cashier activity is logged, and those records are available to support any dispute resolution process.

12. Changes to This Policy

spinalto reserves the right to amend this Payment Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address held on the account and/or by a notice displayed on spin-alto-casinos.nl. Continued use of the cashier following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. The current version will always be accessible from the footer of spin-alto-casinos.nl.
